VB-32ET-AC VIGOR programmable controller

The VB-32ET-AC is the AC-powered transistor variant of Vigor VB-32E expansion series, differentiated from VB-32ET-D (DC24V supply) and VB-32ER-AC (relay output). The AC wide voltage power design is its core advantage for small and medium factories lacking dedicated DC control power; it draws power directly from workshop single-phase mains, removing the need to install extra switching power supplies for expansion modules. Each input and output channel of VB-32ET-AC adopts optocoupler isolation circuit (2500V isolation strength) to block electromagnetic interference from inverters, motors and contactors, preventing PLC program crash caused by signal noise. NPN transistor output supports high-frequency rapid switching up to 10kHz, suitable for pulse valves, small DC motors and high-speed photoelectric trigger loads, different from slow mechanical relay expansion modules. The ribbon cable expansion interface follows Vigor unified VB series communication protocol, hot-plug supported under power-off state, easy engineering modification and I/O point upgrade without replacing the whole PLC host. The whole module passes strict surge, ESD and temperature cycling reliability tests, suitable for continuous daily production operation.
