Our industrial instrument testing lab completed a full 720-hour accelerated environmental and continuous PID closed-loop aging test on the XMTE-1411V-Y, complying with national industrial temperature instrument reliability standards. The XMTE-1411V-Y adopts multi-layer EMI filtering PCB, isolated sensor input circuit, stable 0–10V voltage drive chip and dual independent alarm relay contacts, designed for factory environments with heating furnace heat radiation, motor inverter electromagnetic noise and long-distance thermocouple wiring.

We carried out cyclic temperature aging test from 0℃ to 50℃, 85% non-condensing humidity, uninterrupted full-range PID automatic adjustment, 1kV EFT surge interference injection and long-term cyclic heating/cooling load simulation: zero display drift, no voltage output attenuation, stable PID parameter operation without overshoot, accurate alarm trigger without false alarm under industrial electromagnetic interference. All product material photos include full front dual LED display shot, rear sensor/voltage/alarm terminal wiring close-up, cabinet panel cutout installation demonstration, oscilloscope 0–10V stable output waveform screenshot and warehouse batch incoming inspection photos.
