Manufactured by Innolux, the AT050TN22 V.1 is an industrial-grade 5.0-inch TN TFT-LCD module. It features a 4:3 aspect ratio with a resolution of 640(RGB) × 480, supporting 16.7M colors. The module has a typical brightness of 250 cd/m², a 500:1 contrast ratio, and viewing angles of 70/70/50/70 (L/R/U/D). It uses a long-life WLED backlight (20,000 hours) and operates on a 50-pin Parallel RGB (8-bit) interface. With a wide operating temperature range (-20°C to 70°C), it is suitable for applications like industrial controls, portable navigation devices, and handheld televisions.
