The SIMO-01C innovatively uses magnetic isolation instead of traditional optocoupler isolation, which avoids signal delay and bandwidth attenuation caused by optoelectronic conversion, maintaining full-speed real-time response of I2C communication even at maximum 20m cable length. Ground potential difference between master controller and distributed sensors is the main source of I2C bus crash; the isolation circuit inside SIMO-01C physically cuts off ground loop current to ensure stable data reading in mixed high-power industrial environments with inverters and motors.Standard I2C native wiring only supports short PCB jumpers or ultra-short cables, which cannot meet long-distance layout requirements of large factories and commercial buildings. The SIMO-01C optimizes differential signal matching for CAT5 twisted pairs, matching impedance to reduce signal reflection and attenuation, allowing ordinary network cables to replace expensive special shielded I2C lines.Built-in reverse connection and ESD protection circuits prevent module burnout during field wiring errors. The compact through-hole terminal layout of the SIMO-01C supports quick plug-and-play wiring without soldering, greatly shortening on-site engineering commissioning time. Multiple modules can work in parallel on the same main control host to expand multi-area sensor collection capacity.
